You have the option of saving your Dive as a PDF or Word document. You can also print or email your Dive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Interview Dive allows you to create custom interview questionnaires for you (or your team) to use when interviewing prospective employees or contractors. There are three ways to start a Dive:
- Click on “Start a Dive” on the left-hand side of the page.
- Click the “Start a Dive” button on the righ-hand side of the dashboard page.
- Visit the Community Library from the Dashboard page and choose a similar position and start from there.
Once your Dive is finished, you will be given four options: print, save as a PDF, save as Word document, or email your Dive.
You can print your Dive in four ways:
- Directly after you create the Dive
- From a saved PDF
- From a saved Word document
- From your email
When you log in, you are automatically taken to your Dashboard and will see your saved Dives on the left-hand side of the page. At any time you can click on My Saved Dive on the left-hand navigation menu and retrieve the entire list of Dives you have created. As a best practice, if you save your Dives as a PDF or Word document, save them all to the same folder so you can find them quickly before an interview.
Absolutely! Our question bank contains hundreds of questions based on more than 40 core competencies. If you have one you would like to add, email us to add it to our question bank for future Dives.
