By purchasing Interview Dive, you agree to the following Terms of Use. 

1. These Terms Of Use explain and control the use of “Interview Dive.” By using Interview Dive and any related products, you consent to abide by and adhere to these Terms.
2. Subscriber shall not, in any format, copy or duplicate or otherwise replicate any of the processes, information, questions, or material contained on this website or any tool or service otherwise provided through Subscriber’s subscription.
3. Subscriber understands and agrees that the information contained on this site is the sole property of Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC.
4. Only the Subscriber is authorized to access Subscriber’s account. Subscriber shall not share account log-in information, such as passwords, with any third-party, unless Subscriber is an employer and has purchased a business account or is otherwise specifically authorized in writing to share account log-in information.
5. Subscriber’s subscription is valid for one calendar year (365 days). Each subscription has a seven-day cancellation period that commences on the day that Subscriber pays for and receives log-in credentials for the subscription.  After that seven-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
6. A one-year, single-user subscription is $395.00/year.
7. Subscriber agrees to use Interview Dive and any associated or related tools only for the specific intended purposes of assisting with human resources.
8. Subscriber agrees not to input any confidential information of applicants or other third-parties as part of Subscriber’s use of Interview Dive or its related products.
9. All content and functions on this site, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and videos and the selection and arrangement thereof, in addition to any concepts, charts, tools, frameworks, software, applications, models, processes embedded in the Interview Dive site, is the exclusive property of Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, or licensors. To the fullest extent applicable, all of the foregoing is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.  Nothing, including the site’s content or functionality, may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, altered, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed, except for the specific designed use of assisting with the interview and hiring process.  Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
10. The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos that are displayed on this site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Interview Dive and Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, or its licensors. By using this site, you agree that you will not refer to or attribute any information to Interview Dive, Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, or licensors in any public mediation for advertising or promotion purposes. 
11. Interview Dive and Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC grant you a limited license for the term listed above to access and use solely for internal business use, provided that Subscriber does not violate these Terms. Subscriber may not reproduce, duplicate, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, or disclose the content of this site without Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC’s prior written permission.  Further, Subscriber may not “mirror” the Site without Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC’s prior written consent.  For purposes of these terms, “mirroring” is intended to have the definition provided by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which can be accessed here: https://www.eff.org/keeping-your-site-alive/mirroring-your-site.  Nothing on this site shall be interpreted as granting in any way any license or right to use any Interview Dive or its affiliated companies’ intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein.  Subscriber’s license will automatically terminate immediately if Subscriber fails to comply with these Terms.
12. Any litigation, arbitration, mediation or other related proceeding concerning Interview Dive or any related product or service provided by the same company shall be commenced and venued in Boone County, Indiana. Indiana law shall solely apply without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.  Interview Dive, Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, or its licensors shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees for any action commenced concerning these Terms or Interview Dive.  You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interview Dive, Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (“Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (“Losses”) incurred by Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, or Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC Indemnified Parties in connection to any claims arising out of your use of the Site and/or any breach by you of these Terms, including the representations, warranties and covenants you made, if any, by agreeing to these Terms. Deep End Talent Strategies, LLC, reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
13. If any provision of these Terms are held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ALL CONTENT AND FUNCTIONALITY ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DEEP END TALENT STRATEGIES, LLC, AND ITS THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OWNERSHIP, ACCURACY, OR ADEQUACY OF THE SITE CONTENT. INTERVIEW DIVE AND DEEP END TALENT STRATEGIES, LLC, SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON LINKED WEBSITES, CONTAINED IN ANY USER SUBMISSIONS PUBLISHED ON THE SITE, OR PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. NEITHER INTERVIEW DIVE, DEEP END TALENT STRATGIES, LLC, NOR ITS THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES OR FOR LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
